Erasmus+ project for immigrants started in Riga

Computer training center “Baltijos kompiuteriu akademija” (Baltic Computer Academy) in collaboration with society “Patvērums “Droša māja”” (“Shelter “ Safe House””), “Baltijas Datoru akadēmija” (Latvia) and Group Training Association “Training 2000” (Italy) are implementing the EU Erasmus+ project “Training material and programme for social and business entrepreneurial competence development by virtual learning methods for multinational and multicultural groups, and recognition and validation of the acquired competence”.

Project partners met for a kick-off meeting on January 11-12, 2018 to start the project activities.Project partners have made an inquiry of immigrants living in Lithuania, Latvia and Italy for further project development.Project will produce a modern virtual training material which could promote integration of immigrants in Latvia, Lithuania and Italy and develop knowledge on business options in these countries encouraging immigrants to use such opportunities.
