This course has been created in cooperation with DSDM Consortium. It's accredited by APM Group Ltd. and it prepares participants to the first independent agile project management certification.
AgilePM Foundation course covers philosophy, principles, roles and responsibilities, the process and products of agile management in corporate environment. Strong theoretical foundations are supported by enormous number of soft exercices that allow participants to understand how temperaments, emotions, communications, group processes, conflicts and changes affect successful project delivery according to agile approach.
The training ends up with a certification exam. Successful candidates receive AgilePM Foundation certificate issued by APM Group Ltd.

Goals

  • Enabling working in a project run according to Agile PM method. After this course each delegate will: 
    • compare AgilePM method to other agile approaches
    • know Agile PM philosophy, principles, roles and responsibilities, the process, products and techniques
    • be able to describe how they are implemented in a project
    • know group work basics i and understand how personality, communication, conflict and change can influent have an influence on the affect successful agile project delivery
    • have inspiration and foundation to further development.
  • AgilePM Foundation exam preparation.

Pre-requisites
