General conditions of registration

Registration procedure

  1. Participants will be contacted within 1 business day after submitting a registration form.
  2. BKA can change the training dates as necessary. The pre-registered participants will be informed about any changes individually.
  3. The standard training price includes: training material and tools (if needed), coffee and lunch breaks (for classroom delivered training only). If a training price includes an examination, this will be clearly stated in the training description.
  4. By registering, the participant confirms to be acquainted with the detailed training agenda and any applicable pre-requisites.

Payment and cancellation

  1. The training fee is payable in advance, after receiving a pro-forma invoice, unless there is a special agreement with a participant or organization.
  2. An invoice will be issued on the last day of training and will be sent by email.
  3. If a participant cancels their registration 2 business days or less before the start of the training, the participant will be obliged to pay 20% of the training fee unless there is a special agreement present with the participant’s organization.
  4. If the training needs to be cancelled by BKA, participants will receive a full fee refund or they can elect to participate in the training at a next proposed date.
  5. Training services are VAT exempt according to VAT law 22 article Part I.

Personal data protection rules

Baltijos kompiuterių akademija, UAB, processes personal data in line with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union regulating legal protection of personal data, as well as documents adopted by competent authorities, established requirements and legitimate instructions. Since 25 May 2018,the Company processes personal data also in line with the directly applicable Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The personal data we receive will be processed to ensure the proper and high-quality provision of training services. The personal data will be stored only for the minimum necessary to achieve legitimate purposes. Your data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
