Scrum Master Workshop is a two-day training that introduces the concepts of agile project management using the Scrum framework. It gives both theoretical and practical knowledge, showing it’s application. It is a unique combination of practical tips with the illustration of how they should be used in action, based on the guide: Scrum GuideTM.
The theoretical part of the training takes less than half of the time, while the rest are practical exercises to help mastering the necessary skills. This training includes a full set of knowledge and skills necessary to work according to SCRUM philosophy.
The training is conducted in a means of workshop, during which theoretical knowledge will be tested in practice. The participants will have the opportunity to use Planning Poker® cards, Scrum Board, as well as occasion to draw and analyse Burning Charts. At the end of the course students will be provided with possible variants of development in Agile environment, i.e. certification paths.

We will discuss basic concepts and misunderstandings during implementation of Scrum in an organisation (ScrumBut). The training covers issues preparing to certify skills as part of PSM certification (Professional Scrum Master) as part of

Kurso eiga

At the beginning of the training we discuss principles of Scrum. Participants receive booklet: Scrum GuideTM. Based on the guide we explain all elements of Scrum. The first day ends with an exercise during witch students learn proper construction of the Product Register, i.e. a plan what the project will deliver.

Day two begins with a reminder of the material of the first day. Later on, participants acquire knowledge of Scrum components, necessary to use on a daily basis. Each element is discussed, than practiced. We discuss possible errors and omissions, then solutions are shown. Most of the day two takes project simulation. Participants have to undertake real tasks which have to be accomplished on time (we will build a town model).

Students plan what has to be done during the simulation. Working under time pressure of Sprint (time limit), shows what should be done, and what behaviours are inefficient. Each Sprint (part of the project) is accomplished with Retrospective. In a safe environment of a training room students can arrive at a conclusion from both, personal and group point of view. Conclusions are discussed and then implemented in the next iteration of Scrum (as we do in real Scrum projects).
