This course empowers you to gain knowledge and develop skills to be proficient in business analysis and helps you prepare for IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA™) examinations. This certification will help you build expertise in the 6 knowledge areas defined in BABOK v3 namely: Business Analysis, Elicitation and collaboration, Requirements Life Cycle Management, Strategy Analysis, and Requirement Analysis & Design Definitions along with Solution Evaluation.

Gundega Lazdane is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP, PMI-PBA), Certified Technical trainer (CompTIA CTT+), and Professional in Business Process Management (OCEB). She has more than 15 years experience in the IT industry as a business / system analyst, team lead, consultant and trainer. Currently Gundega works as a product owner in Visma. She is also one of co-founders of IIBA Latvia chapter and the president of the organization.

CCBA and CBAP examinations are organized by IIBA. Exams are not included in the course price.
