The 3-day ITIL 4 High-Velocity IT (HVIT) training includes a discussion of operation of digital organisations and organisations acting in high speed environments. During the training, supporting elements for organizations operating in a digital-native environment are discussed.
The training includes the use of modern methods such as Agile, Lean and DevOps and IT practices and technologies such as cloud computing, automation and continuous testing, focusing on the rapid delivery of products and services for maximum value.
The purpose of ITIL 4 High-Velocity IT training is to enable service managers to understand digital transition and related emerging concepts. The training presents the basic objectives of digital products and explains how high speed IT refers to the ITIL 'operational model' and ITIL culture.
ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate.
ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT exam is held on the last day of training. The exam is included in the price of the training.
Number of marks: 40 marks. There are 40 questions, each worth 1 mark. There is no negative marking.
Provisional Pass mark: 28 marks. You will need to get 28 questions correct (70%) to pass the exam.
Question types: Standard classic, Negative, & List. The questions are all ‘multiple choice’. For the ‘standard classic’ questions, you have a question and four answer options. ‘Negative’ questions are ‘standard’ question in which the stem is negatively worded. For the ‘list’ questions, there is a list of four statements and you have to select two correct statements from the list.
Exam duration: 90 minutes. Candidates taking the exam in a language that is not their native or working language may be awarded 25% extra time, i.e. 113 minutes in total.
